Green Smoothie

- 1 red apple large, cored and chopped (keep the skins for extra fiber)
- 3 kiwi ripe, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup oat milk
- 2 cups spinach
- 1/2 banana
- Wash, chop, and core the apple.
- Peel and cube the kiwis.
- Wash the spinach.
- Peel banana
- Add all ingredients into the blender. Blend until creamy, usually about 40 seconds.
